Rescheduling & Retainer Fee Policy Refunds & Exchanges All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge that all transactions are non-refundable. Retainer Fees A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments and services. Retainer fees are applied toward your total balance and ensure your time is reserved. You may reschedule once without penalty, provided it is within the allowed rescheduling timeframe. If you need to reschedule more than once, an additional retainer fee will be required. Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Appointment Etiquette No extra guests are allowed unless they have a scheduled appointment. Masks may be required depending on health guidelines. Clients must inform us of any health changes before their appointment. Legal Agreement & Liability Release By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions, understanding that: This agreement is binding and may be used in court if breached. We are not responsible for any outcomes that do not meet personal expectations. We are not liable for any hazards, injuries, allergic reactions, or unforeseen incidents related to services, products, or third-party tools. In-Person Pickup In-person pickup is available. We encourage you to inspect and try on products before purchasing. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before buying, as all sales are final.
