Retainer fees are applied toward your total balance and ensure your time is reserved. You may reschedule once without penalty, provided it is within the allowed rescheduling timeframe. If you need to reschedule more than once, an additional retainer fee will be required. Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Appointment Etiquette No extra guests are allowed unless they have a scheduled appointment. Masks may be required depending on health guidelines.
